School Site Committees met to assist the planning team in the development of a campus plan proposal for each school site in the District. Interaction with these participants included an introductory meeting and a follow-up feedback session. At the introductory meeting, participants reviewed the 2020 facilities plan proposal for their campus, their priorities at that time, in addition to any work completed since. The School Site Committees had an opportunity to walk the site with the planning team and provide input based on updated needs. Utilizing this feedback, the planning team drafted a revised campus plan taking into account updated demographic projections. During the follow-up meeting, each School Site Committee reviewed the draft campus plan and provided feedback and their top three priorities. Following these meetings, the planning team finalized the campus plan for each site. Participants on the School Site Committees varied but typically included the Principal, teachers, parents and staff administrators.
