The District’s leadership provided feedback to identify potential funding sources that could be used to implement a portion of the Facilities Plan.

As with most districts in California, the funding capacity of Encinitas USD captures only a portion of the overall need.  Therefore, it can be assumed that the full Facilities Plan will be implemented in phases over time, as funding becomes available.
