The Facilities Master Plan is a living document that is designed to evolve over time as needs and funding changes. On June 24th, 2019 the Mt Diablo USD Board of Education approved the Facilities Master Plan and the following project scope priorities:

Level 1 Priorities | aligned with available funding

• Immediate Needs Identified by Maintenance and Operations Department
• Technology Infrastructure Upgrade District-Wide
• Safety and Security District-Wide
• Addition of HVAC to the Multi-Use Rooms at Elementary, Middle, Adult Education, and District Support Sites
• “Repair and Refresh” scope at all Middle Schools
• ADA, Stairs, and Handrails at All Sites
