Implementation Plan

LPA develops specific implementation plans for the various sites or campuses within the District. We start by analyzing projected enrollment data, existing facilities condition assessments and the educational program vision. Then we integrate all this information into school site master plan diagrams that provide a roadmap for action. Throughout the process, we collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities and define the scope of work based on available funding.

Overview of Contents

Each master plan proposal package contains these components:

  • a diagram of the existing site
  • the master plan proposal
  • a summary of the total cost to implement the master plan
  • scopes identified for phase 1 implementation
  • the costs associated with the site’s phase 1 implementation
