Overview of Contents

LPA develops specific implementation plans for the various educational or support sites within the District. We start by analyzing projected enrollment data, existing facilities condition assessments, and the district’s educational program vision. Then we integrate this information into school site master plan diagrams that provide a roadmap for action. Throughout the process, we collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities and define the scope of work based on available funding.

Each master plan proposal package contains these components:

  • a diagram of the existing site
  • the master plan proposal
  • a summary of the total cost to implement the master plan (reflective of both immediate needs and long-term visioinary needs)
