Facility Assessments depict a ‘snapshot in time’ view of each site. The information contained within these documents assume costs relative to repair and maintenance of existing facilities and building systems. These costs do not reflect improvements related to the Program Vision. They do, however inform the development of the master plan diagrams and their related costs as the assessments give us a sneak peek into the longevity of the buildings and their systems.
